passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014 at The Seattle Children's Hospital in Seattle, Washington.He was born on March 14, 2013 at the hospital and was never able to leave. Adrian's family devoted their lives to his care and love until the end.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Celebration of Life on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Island Center Hall on Bainbridge Island, WA. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
