Carol Ann Winston, 76, of Bainbridge Island, Wa., passed away peacefully following a long illness on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at the Bainbridge Island Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bowitha (Harrigan) Needham.
