Frank Michael Cull

passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2011. He was born on October 13, 1976 and was 34 years of age.Private family services will be held for Special Agent Frank Cull at 1400 on September 16, 2011. The service will take place at the Jackson Park Chapel (Community Center) located at 901 Olding Rd, Bremerton, WA. The family has extended an invitation to all NCIS personnel and their law enforcement partners to attend the service. The family is gathering photos that will be displayed at the service as a celebration of Frank's life and accomplishments.
