James Iwao Matsudaira a longtime resident of Bainbridge Island passed away Sunday January 20, 2019. Born in Seattle, Washington November 17, 1932 James was the son of the late Tokuhis and Hotoru Theresa (Umeda) Matsudaira and was 86 years of age.
