(known throughout his childhood as Will Breidenbach), passed away on Friday, July 27, 2007 in Spokane, Washington. Born on May 23, 1979, he was 28 years of age.Our beloved Josh was happiest in nature. He excelled in outdoor sports including snowboarding and river rafting, and was proud to have spent last summer with the U.S. Forest Service assistant as a river ranger on the Snake River in Hell's Canyon. His holiday card read "Think Snow".Josh's large and loving families were his best friends. He was proud of his heritage and considered his bar mitzvah a wonderful and important event in his life. Josh had a gentle nature that led him to walk lightly in this world. He traveled widely, had an unconditional love for small children and dogs, a true passion for music, and kind words for all those around him. His sense of humor will be missed.Josh was proud of his experience at the National Outdoor Leadership School and was working toward an AA degree at Olympic College. His plans for the future included Emergency Medical Training at Spokane Community College and a career in outdoor education. He also had plans for a family, but he never had the chance.He will be lovingly missed by his parents Susan Levy and Mac Kennedy of Bainbridge Island and Dave Breidenbach of Spokane, his sisters Emily Breidenbach and Ann Kennedy of Seattle, his brother and sister-in-law Peter Kennedy and Martha Palomino of Portland, Oregon, his grandmother Mary Breidenbach of Spokane, 13 sets of aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, and friends.He was buried a few blocks from his childhood home at Port Blakeley Cemetery.Memorial contributions can be made to: The Joshua Levy Memorial Trust Fund, c/o American Marine Bank, P.O.
