Ralph (Rick) E. Refbord died at home on 07/04/2020. Born to Warren and Jeanetter Refbord in Clinton, Iowa on 07/20/1955. Married Gayle Heinsen on 04/23/1978 in Clinton, Iowa. Retired on 06/2012 and move to the state of Washington on 08/2012. He is survived by his brother Thomas C. (Chris) Refbord, Robert (Bob) and Jovi Caruso, and special friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Gayle:his mother and father.

Services and interment will be private.
