passed away on Thursday, August 2,2007 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.He was 50 years of age and born on June 19, 1957 in Pensacola, Florida to Raymond & Melba Smith. He was a resident of Silverdale, WA and had lived in the area for the past 38 years. Ray was the owner of The Winslow Cutter at the Pavilion on Bainbridge Island, Washington. He enjoyed fishing, camping, baseball and softball. Ray was an avid Mariner's Fan.He is survived by his wife Brenda Smith and his children; Celina Smith, Joshua Young and Daniel Young. He also leaves behind his mother Melba Vinson and step-father Ernest Vinson, also his siblings; Leisa, Cassie and Tracy. There is one grandchild Roland Young. He was preceded in death by his father Raymond Smith. Ernest Vinson is deceased (Step Father).Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Service on Sunday, August 12, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Bremerton Seventh-Day Adventist Church Church 4949 NW Taylor Rd, Bremerton. Memorial contributions can be made to The Poulsbo Seventh Day Adventist School.Ray's favorite verse....Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
