passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2013 in Kingston, Washington. He was born on September 4, 1949 in Bremerton, Washington. He was 63 years of age.Rudolph worked as a commercial diver and also worked with Pope and Talbot and the Port Gamble Tribe over his life time. He was a US Navy Veteran. He received the Meritorious Citation For Excellence, The National Defense Service Medal, Rep. of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with Bronze Star, Combat Action Ribbon and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (Korea). Rudy enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, sports and spending time with his family.He is survived by his wife: Sharon, parents: Rudolph and Rose Purser, sister: Marcelene (George) Sparks, children: Darren (Leah), Shawn (Sheila), Troy (Heather), Jason (Abby), Jonelle (Wayne), Tonya (John), Carmelita and Doreen (Luis). He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Robecca, Justin, Cynthia, Kaylee, Austin, Morgan, Jack, Jacquilyn, Anthony, Travis, Dana, Hillary, Issac, Taylor, Ashton, Jordan, Jarod, Hailey, Jack, Indika, Shelby, Rebecca, Desmond, Cecily, Vanessa and Delanie, also his six great grandchildren.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Service on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 1 PM at the Port Gamble Tribal Gym in Little Boston.
