Sabine was the daughter of Egon Neupert and Ursula-Eva Haddenbrock. After receiving her master's degree, Sabine became an administrative assistant in the social services industry. Sabine was a Bainbridge Island resident for over 32 years and will be missed by many including her husband, James A Quitslund.
