Shirley Noedel, 82, of Bainbridge Island, Washington passed away peacefully on Sunday July 19, 2020 with her loving husband and sons at her side. Born in St. Louis, Missouri she was the daughter of the ate Glenn and Margaret (Provart) Dreppard.
