Tina Velasquez, "Chyna", 47, of Seattle passed away quietly Wednesday September 18, 2019 at Swedish Cherry Hill Medical Center, Seattle, Washington. Born in Seattle February 16, 1972 she was a lifelong resident of the City.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and Celebration of Life on Monday September 30, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Chapel at First Call 6942 South 196th Street Kent, WA., 98032.
The interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home of Bainbridge Island.
