Betty Milstead, 89, of Port Orchard, WA., passed away peacefully at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton on Friday December 13, 2019. Born in Osage, Oklahoma October 4, 1930 she was the daughter of the late Elmer H. and Faye (Moore) Stephens.
Betty was preceded in death by her son Steven.
Services are pending with and entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home of Bainbridge Island, Washington.
