passed away Sunday April 15, 2018 at his home while enjoying his passion of gardening. Born in Hollywood, CA July 25, 1952 he was 65 years of age. Services and interment will be announced at a later date at the request of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
