passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Wyatt House care center on Bainbridge Island , Washington. She was born on November 21, 1915 in New York City and was 99 years of age. Interment will take place at Seabold Cemetery on Bainbridge Island. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
