Garth was the son of Thomas Williams Edwards and Nancy Naomi Beltz. Garth spent many years as an artist in the public art sculpture industry. Garth was a Bainbridge Island, WA resident for over 6 years and will be missed by many including his partner, Pegge Thomas Ashcroft.
