Jacque M. Hovey passed away Saturday evening at The Wyatt House on Bainbridge Island. Born in Wenatchee, WA on February 4, 1925 she was the daughter of the late John and Ida (Vetter) Mulloy and was 93 years of age. Jacque is survived by her nephew Richard Deline of Suquamish, WA. Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
