James Franklin Pennington, "Jim", 59, of Poulsbo, WA., passed away with his loving family at his side on Friday, June 26, 2020, at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton. Born in Kansas City, Missouri he was the son of John Allen and Jeaneane (Bowen) Pennington.
