On Monday, November 29th, 2021 Janet B DeBruyne, 73, passed away in Silverdale, WA. Janet was born on February 12th, 1948 in New Rochelle, NY. Janet was the daughter of Oliver Buckingham and Lora Green. After receiving her Doctorate, Janet went on to become a dedicated family counselor/psychologist in the psychology field. Janet was a Rockford, IL resident for over 48 years and will be missed by many including her husband, Dean Peter DeBruyne.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Cook Family Funeral Home of Bainbridge Island, WA.
