She was born on February 1, 1941 and was 75 years of age.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, January 14, 2016 at 10 AM at Saint Olaf Catholic Church in Poulsbo, Washington. Inurnment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery in Poulsbo. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
