passed away on Monday, September 29, 2008. He was born on December 28, 1949 and was 58 years of age.John is survived by His wife Jane, their children; Cari and Andrew Crane, also his sister Karoline Johnson. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Service on Friday, October 10, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Grace Episcopal Church, 8595 NE Day Road on Bainbridge Island. A reception will follow at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Washington/Alaska, also blood donations to your local blood bank. Private inurnment will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
