Karen Germaine Salter, 75, of Bainbridge Island, Washington passed away comfortably on Friday, June 19, 2020, with her beloved children at her side. Born in Davenport, Washington she was the daughter of Edgar Richard and LaVerne Mae (Brown) Salter.
