passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Clearbrook Inn in Silverdale, Washington. She was born on July 6, 1942 and was 72 years of age.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 3 to 7 PM at Cook Family Funeral Home, on Bainbridge Island. The graveside will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11 AM at Port Blakely Cemetery also on Bainbridge Island. A reception will follow at Eagle Dale park.Arrangements are entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
