Peggy Ann Stairs, 71, of Bainbridge Island, WA., passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020, at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, WA. Born in Richland, WA., she was the daughter of Melvin L. and Ruth E. (Arthur) Stairs.
Peggy was employed as an Accountant for many years.
