Phyllis L. Middleton, 82, of Sequim passed away peacefully Wednesday evening October 30, 2019 at Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, WA. Born December 7, 1936 in Tillamook, Oregon, she was the daughter of Harold and Goldie (Cook) Fogg.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Ruben "Earl" Middleton of Sequim and her beloved Son Gary Stewart of Poulsbo.
