Retired on 06/2012 and move to the state of Washington on 08/2012. He is survived by his brother Thomas C. (Chris) Refbord, Robert (Bob) and Jovi Caruso, and special friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Gayle:his mother and father.
Services and interment will be private.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home of Bainbridge Island, WA.
