passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He was born on May 8, 1935 in Rockford, Illinois and was 81 years of age. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Saint Olaf Catholic Church. A reception will follow at the church hall. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
