He was born on June 23, 1931 in Brooklyn, New York.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the memorial service on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 7 PM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church on Bainbridge Island. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
