Born on November 9, 1963, in Oka Tamuning, Guam, Shelby dedicated her life to nurturing those around her while sharing her passions and wisdom.

As a devoted wife to Vincent Crisostomo, Shelby created a partnership filled with love, laughter, and a deep commitment to family. Together, they raised four remarkable children: Tara, Mike, Kendrick, and Bryan, who were the pride and joy of her life. Her nurturing spirit extended further as she embraced the role of grandmother to nine adoring grandchildren and one great-grandchild, imparting lessons of kindness and joy that will resonate through generations.

Shelby possessed an extraordinary green thumb, with a legendary passion for gardening. She took tremendous pride in her yard, where she cultivated an array of vibrant flowers, with roses being her favorite. The beauty she nurtured in her garden mirrored the love she cultivated within her family—ever blooming and always a source of warmth and comfort.

When she wasn't tending to her beloved flowers, Shelby could often be found in the kitchen, where the aroma of freshly baked goods filled the air.
