Thomas Allen Mapes, 80, of Bainbridge Island WA, passed away on April 1, 2022. He was born on October 31, 1941, and was a Captain for the Santa Monica Police Department for most of his life. He will be missed dearly. Additional information will be provided by the family shortly.
