Virginia A. Wells, 88, of Bremerton, WA., passed away peacefully on Saturday October 12, 2019 at the Central Kitsap Adult Family Home in Bremerton. Born in Springdale, WI November 10, 1930 she was the daughter of the late Henry and Elma (Witwer) Moe.
