Dr. William E. Minteer, III of Bainbridge Island passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday December 19, 2018. Born December 18, 1943 in Albert Lea, Minnesota, he was the son of the late William Emmett, Jr. and Lois Mary (Weber) Minteer and was 75 years of age.
